Simple, fair, and on the website. Read it before you book.

Weather days: reschedule or full refund

If we call the trip for weather, sea state, or unsafe conditions, you can reschedule for free or take a full refund. We make the call the morning of the trip. We will never put guests on the water in conditions we wouldn't take our own families out in.

Customer cancellations: 72-hour notice

Cancellations made 72+ hours before departure receive a full deposit refund or a free reschedule. Cancellations within 72 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals that prevent departure forfeit the deposit. We hold the whole boat for your group; we can rarely rebook on short notice.

Late arrivals

Charters depart at the scheduled time. Arrive 15 minutes early. We do our best to wait, but boats with later trips are stacked behind yours.

Private boat, your group only
