We don't guarantee a dinner, because the ocean has the final say — but this is the trip our guests review with a plate in the photo.
What this trip is
There's fresh, and then there's fish-you-caught-this-morning fresh. On the Catch & Cook charter, we fish the Key Largo reefs, then filet and bag whatever you land so you can take it straight to a local restaurant that will cook it the way you like. It's the trip that turns a few hours on the water into the best dinner of your vacation. We can't promise the ocean cooperates every time, but when it does, you'll have the photos — and the meal — to remember it.
