This is the big one. We run offshore into the Gulf Stream off Key Largo — sometimes 25 miles out — trolling and live-baiting for the fish that make careers: sailfish, mahi-mahi, wahoo, and blackfin tuna, with a shot at a marlin if the ocean's feeling generous. It's hardcore: bigger seas, longer days, and the kind of fight you brag about. The go-to for bachelor parties, guys' trips, and anyone chasing a bucket-list catch.
